Club Envy, the downtown bar involved in the February 15th raid, is allowed to reopen, according to the Charleston Daily Mail. Investigators found no link between the club owners, Evan Tauber and Shawn Benkahla, and the drugs.

The Daily Athenaeum, WVU’s student run newspaper, lists the names and information on the nine people arrested during the federal raid at Club Envy.

Six of the people arrested in the Club Envy raid were in Clarksburg Friday afternoon for preliminary hearings, WBOY reports.
WBOY has learned that authorities set up a drug buy at the night club and then confiscated 20 kilos of cocaine and weapons and made nine arrests.
Authorities also confiscated $190,000 in cash.

Nine people were arrested in last night’s raid on Club Envy, in downtown Morgantown. While original word-on-the-street said that people had been shot, follow-up revealed that federal agents used a flash grenade during the raid (hence the gun-shot rumors), but no shots were actually fired, and no one was hurt.
