Mon County Board of Health Meets Thursday

russelljsmithThe Monongalia County Board of Health’s May meeting is coming up this Thursday, May 29, at 9am.
It is expected that the proposed smoking ban will be handled at this upcoming meeting. The alternative proposal made by bar and lottery owners is also supposed to be considered.
The Mon County Board is scheduled to meet six times a year, so if a decision is not made at this month’s meeting, the next meeting may not be until July.
