Pigtails and Potbellies
“Pigtails & Potbellies” is a new comic by Mike White. It’s about a little girl discovering the world around her, with her sweet seeming grandmother and her pot-bellied, ever-hungover uncle. (The “potbelly” part is meant to refer to the pig, but he has yet to appear in the story–and the uncle is clearly a close second!) The art and story so far are cute, though I’ll be eager to see where it goes next.
Local readers will want to get an early start on this one, since the author is planning to attend the Pittsburgh Comicon at the end of April.
