Bacon-y Bowl Goodness

In a quest for the breadless BLT, Megan at Not Martha has detailed her attempts at making bacon bowls by weaving bacon, shaping it on inverted muffin pans, and cooking it in the oven.  She’s got fabulous images and advice, and the bacon bowls (filled with lettuce and cherry tomatoes) look delicious!
